Inver Hills offering 10 $1,000 scholarships for new students starting summer term 2024
Inver Hills Community College is offering 10 $1,000 scholarships to new students beginning classes in summer term 2024. Libby Fahrenkamp, interim director of outreach and recruitment at the college, reported that students are often motivated to launch their college educations during the summer months, but scholarship opportunities can be limited.
“I hope these $1,000 scholarships allow students to enroll in their classes with less financial stress,” Libby said. “There are so many more options for students starting in fall semester 2024—like the new the Minnesota Office of Higher Education North Star Promise Scholarship Program.”
Summer Term 2024 Scholarship criteria
By meeting the criteria below, you are automatically entered to win one of 10 $1,000 scholarships for summer term 2024
- You are a new student at Inver Hills starting summer term 2024
- You register for at least six (6) credits
- You register for classes by May 1, 2024
- You are a degree-seeking student
