Barbara Curchack, Ph.D., psychology faculty at Inver Hills Community College, is presenting at the Minnesota State Fair on the Inver Hills Community College-Metropolitan State University Interdisciplinary Community Garden and Orchard. August Hoffman, Ph.D., professor of psychology and coordinator of graduate studies in psychology at Metropolitan State University, is Curchack’s co-presenter. The title of their presentation is “Keeping the Green in Community Gardens and Urban Forests: How to Provide Healthy Foods for a Hungry Community.”
