Dominant American workplace culture tells us that if we just work hard enough on our weaknesses, we will eventually achieve success. Positive psychology and decades of research by Gallup challenge that assumption by saying that we will achieve success when we invest in our talents.

During this session, you will learn how to identify your natural talents, how to leverage them, and how to take advantage of free strengths coaching on campus. This event is co-sponsored by Student Life and the Leadership Academy.
