Maximize the impact of your donation on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014
When you make a contribution to Inver Hills Community College through the IHCC Foundation, you’re providing scholarship support to a student whose college dream might not otherwise come true. Your gift to Inver Hills can open a world of possibilities for a first-generation college student just starting out, or a displaced worker acquiring the skills and training needed to launch a new career.
TuitionMatch-MN is a first-of-its-kind student tuition savings match program for low- and middle-income students at Inver Hills. The program leverages federal funds and private contributions to match student savings 3:1. For many students, TuitionMatch-MN means the difference between a bright future and one filled with uncertainty.
Give to the Max Day: Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014, is a special day of giving in Minnesota. Supporting the IHCC Foundation helps TuitionMatch-MN and provides chances for hourly “golden ticket” awards to increase your online gift. Colleges and universities also have chances to increase giving by leading the board at the end of the day.
By donating to TuitionMatch-MN on Give to the Max Day, Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014, you can maximize the impact of your gift. The Katherine B. Andersen Fund of The Saint Paul Foundation will match gifts to TuitionMatch-MN to support the work of the Foundation. Your generosity will help ensure that low-income, working Minnesotans are one step closer to earning a college degree with minimal debt.
The Inver Hills Community College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
