Three from Inver Hills advance to international DECA competition

INVER GROVE HEIGHTS – Inver Hills Community College students Krystal Gillespie, Gerald Mickschl and Chelsea Miller will compete in the DECA International Career Development Conference next month in Anaheim, Calif.
The three business students advanced to the international competition following successful efforts at the recent regional DECA Career Development Conference in Mankato.
Gillespie and Mickschl will compete in Restaurant and Food Service Management, and Miller will compete in Marketing Management.
Gillespie is a resident of Prior Lake, originally from Davis County, Utah. Mickschl is a resident of Roberts, Wis., originally from Hudson, Wis. Miller is a resident of Eagan, Minn.
